Feeling … anger
“Be angry, but do not sin”. Ps 4:4, Eph 4:26
“When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, Jesus went up to Jerusalem. In the temple courts he found men selling cattle, sheep and doves, and exchanging money. So he made a whip out of cords and drove them all from the temple area…”
Notes:
It takes a while to make a whip. There's whole websites on how to do it. But at the very least, it involves knotting and plaiting, tying cords together, and doing that for a fair while until you've got a decent length.
So this wasn't some spontaneous thing from Jesus. He probably sat down on the grass opposite the temple, making this whip, watching the commerce going on, and planning how he was going to deal with his anger.
